Saray Sakana’s profile was written originally by one of her big fans – Samrach who was an Angkorthom.US Admin for our old web site in 2007. He interviewed her mother via telephone from France while Sakana was busy shooting for a movie. Because of her popularity and requests from her fans while she was performing in USA, we decided to edit part of the profile to bring it up to date but kept most of the original wordings intact and posted it again on Angkorthom Social (editorial).

Hello Paoun Pross, thanks so much for your kind message. Welcome to Angkorthom. Good to know you are from Ratanakiri. My family used to live there for several months a long time ago 1975 when my father was in the military. Our house was next to the airport, very close to Psa Banlung. Bong did go back to visit Ratanakiri in 2009.
Like you, bong have 2 daughters too, ages 15 and 17.
You are doing a good job with minority people there.

I am so happy to know and being friend with Bong srey, who live in Canada, that is my first time to know and being friend with Khmer at Canada. Paoun lives in Ratanakiri province, I am a married man with 2 daughters, I work with minority people , poor people in the remote villages and they are now challenging with land grabbing, ELC by the private companies.
