Saray Sakana’s profile was written originally by one of her big fans – Samrach who was an Angkorthom.US Admin for our old web site in 2007. He interviewed her mother via telephone from France while Sakana was busy shooting for a movie. Foods are priced right...and cheap. Most importantly, the restaurant brought out our true Khmer heritage cuisine and taste to mixed with a flair modern dish presentation. Furthermore, the staff were really cheerful.

This restaurant is more Vietnamese than Cambodian. I go there because of they do Kuy Teav Phnom Penh Tuk or Kouk (with soup or soup on the side). I also used to try their Student noodles and it was good too.
Dislike
Parking maybe a problem and the restaurant may be crowded at a peak hour.

We don't have many Cambodian restaurant in the Bay Area especially the ones that do good Kuy Teav Phnom Penh. This is one of the 2 restaurants in San Jose I go for Kuy Teav Phoom Penh.

I went there for several times. I like the location better than the on on Hedding Street. But some people said that foods are Heddding are better. For me, they all taste the same. Foods are good. One of my American friends like lemon grass chicken soup. I like Ahmok.

Also another great information providing for all tourist that visit our country daily. Siem Reap International Airport is the second biggest in Cambodian and busy flying tourist every day. I have not yet fly to Siem Reap airport yet but love to try someday. I heard my friends told me it's pretty safe and faster than by car or by bus.

Great information for all tourist. It's nice to have air line fly to KomPong Som as Srok Yearng have more tourism visit KomPong Som daily. Also it's faster to travel by plane and the price are cheap too. I would definitely fly to kompong som by Angkor Air someday.

One the Only One Best Cambodian Airport in the County

Very convenient location as it is close to the City and not too far from all the great hotels and guesthouses. Also there are plenty of good restaurants a the airport now. Parking is very close to the building. One good thing I notice is luggage carts are free unlike at US Airport where you have to pay to use a cart. It is small enough that you don't have to get lost all the time.

There are people at the entrance trying to help you push your luggage carts and then ask for money. Though some of them are trying to make some money for living, be careful that you don't let them take all your luggage and disappear. You need to keep your eyes on them.

Though the airport is not as big as an international airports in USA such as SFO or LAX, this is the biggest one in Cambodia and it serves all the county needs well. I have been to Cambodia for 6 times and I always use Phnom Penh International Airport.
Two times we went to Cambodia, Eva Airline misplaced our luggage but we could retrieve them from the airport personnel with no problem.
Allow yourself enough time if you coming from Phnom Penh in case there is bad traffic. You have to pay for the airport fee before you go through the check point and immigration line.
