Saray Sakana’s profile was written originally by one of her big fans – Samrach who was an Angkorthom.US Admin for our old web site in 2007. He interviewed her mother via telephone from France while Sakana was busy shooting for a movie. Khmer out fit is always my favorite. My friends and family always say I look good in khmer clothes when ever I them. I cut some for my girls to Wat too.

I love all the Cambodian traditional clothes. I do also love the hair style, but just my face looks so skinny and lots of bones, so l could not make any stylist of my hair. I have problem with my hair fall.

I sometimes wear Khmer shirt with American pants. At first one of my friends laughed at me. She said why would I wore mix culture ? After awhile, I notice that more of our friends wear mix Khmer and American's clothes.

Before in the old day we only wear khmer clothes in to special occasion. Now with new design we can we our khmer clothes about anywhere. I like mini skirt and mini dress that cut and design in American style. You can wear to any where even a suit wear to work in the office.

I like to wear khmer hole pro mueng and kro nat pak on special occasions, like go to Temple, Wedding, and invitation party. They really make neary khmer look beautiful and appropriate as neary khmer. ( Sa art huey Sopheap taet.)
